Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 9th September 1999.
2. Paragraph 1 of Part II of the First Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately below the word “Fenetylline.”, the word “Ketamine.”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately below the word “Norcodeine.”, the words “Norketamine and its dehydro derivatives.”.
