Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 13th April 2006.
2. Item (39) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 2) is deleted.
