Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 11th May 2007.
2. Rule 22(3) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by deleting the words “upon the de-registration of the first-mentioned vehicle and” in sub-paragraphs (c) and (d).
