Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 15th March 2010.
2. The Third Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 10 and substituting the following item:
(b)
by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following item:
“17. Gas Act (Cap. 116A).”.
