Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 20th June 2005.
2. Rule 64B of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (6), the following paragraph:
“(7) The Registrar may, in his discretion and subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, waive, in whole or in part, any fee payable under paragraph (1)(a) or (5).”.
