Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 9th November 2005.
2. Paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:
