Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 1999.
2. The Third Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by deleting item 35 and substituting the following items:
“35. Environmental Pollution Control Act 1999 (Act 9/99).
36. Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999 (Act 10/99).”.
