Industrial Relations Act
Industrial Relations (Employees for the Purposes of the Act) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “employee” in section 2 of the Industrial Relations Act, the President of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Employees for the purposes of the Act) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 21st June 2004.
2. The Schedule to the Industrial Relations (Employees for the purposes of the Act) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the sub-heading “Customs and Excise Department” and item (8) under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE” and substituting the following sub-heading and item:
(8) (a) Singapore Customs Senior Officer Grade IVA.
(b)
Singapore Customs Senior Officer Grade IV.
(c)
Singapore Customs Senior Officer Grade V.
(d)
Singapore Customs Specialist 12.
(e)
Singapore Customs Specialist 13.
(f)
Chief Singapore Customs Officer.
(g)
Senior Singapore Customs Officer.
(h)
Singapore Customs Officer.”; and
(b)
by deleting the sub-heading “Immigration Department” and item (16) under the heading “MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS” and substituting the following sub-heading and item:
