Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
1.
—(1) This Order may be cited as the Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2006 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(b), come into operation on 31st March 2006.
(2) Paragraph 2(b) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd April 2005.
2. The First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting items 2 and 13 in paragraph A; and
(b)
by deleting items 7 and 8 in paragraph B and substituting the following item:
“7. HomeTeamNS”.
