Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First and Fourth Schedules) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First and Fourth Schedules) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 30th January 2004.
2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “Metopon.” in paragraph 1, the word “Monoacetylmorphine.”.
3. The Fourth Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:
“1A. Monoacetylmorphine”.
