Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th February 1997.
2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by deleting item 50 and substituting the following item:

50. For providing information extracted from the Registry on a bulk or packaged basis: | |
(a) Cost of Manpower | $120 per man-hour |
(b) Computer CPU Processing Charges | $5.40 per CPU-second |
Subject to an aggregate minimum charge of $30. The number of man-hours and CPU-seconds taken shall be certified by the Registrar. If the Registrar decides to supply the information by means other than written or printed form, an additional fee of $3 per company shall be payable. |
