Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) (Amendment) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(4) of the Trade Marks Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) (Amendment) Notification 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) Notification (N 3) is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “Pakistan”, the word “Panama”, with effect from 19th October 1996.
