Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “$10” in item 125 under the heading “Fees” and substituting the words “$11 per form”; and
(b)
by deleting “$25” in item 126 under the heading “Fees” and substituting the words “$26 per form”.
