Town Council of Moulmein-Kallang
(Common Property and Open Spaces)
(Amendment) By-laws 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Moulmein‑Kallang hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Moulmein-Kallang (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) By-laws 2012 and shall come into operation on 15th May 2012.
Amendment of by-law 9
2.  By-law 9 of the Town Council of Moulmein-Kallang (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws 2011 (G.N. No. S 741/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “shall”, the words “, without prior written permission of the Town Council”.
