Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th January 1997.
2. Part I of the Third Schedule to the Trade Marks Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words "agricultural implements" in item Class 7 and substituting the words "agricultural implements other than hand operated".
