52.
—(1)  The Registrar, any public officer or any member, officer or employee of the Authority shall not be under any liability in respect of any error or inaccuracy in a register or in respect of any error or inaccuracy (whether in the copying or otherwise) in any certificate, certified extract, copy or other document made or issued under this Act and no court shall entertain any suit or other proceedings or damages in respect of any such matter.
(2)  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law, the Authority shall not be under any liability or be liable to be sued in respect of any of the matters referred to in subsection (1).
