Judgment to be certified to trial court
57.
—(1)  The Court of Appeal shall certify its judgment or order to the trial court.

(2)  The trial court shall thereupon make such orders as are conformable to the judgment or order of the Court of Appeal, and, if necessary, the record shall be amended in accordance therewith.

(3)  Upon the withdrawal or discontinuance of any appeal, the Registrar shall notify the trial court accordingly and, if any stay of execution has been granted, the sentence or order of the trial court shall forthwith be enforced.
(4)  Nothing in subsection (3) shall be deemed to limit or restrict the powers of extending time conferred upon the Court of Appeal by section 50.
