Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2010.
2. For the period 20th November 2010 to 31st December 2010 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 738/2007) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the First to the Eighth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof.
