Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Cancellation) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Cancellation) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 25th November 2008.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)
the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification (N 2); and
(b)
the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Notification (N 4).
