It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Ms Grace Fu Hai Yien shall, with effect from 1st August 2012, be charged with the responsibility of discharging such duties as may be assigned by the Prime Minister and that she shall be designated as Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2012.
