In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 5th April 2012.
2. Item 6 of the First Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 110/2011) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

3. The Second Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 3, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following items:
