Children and Young Persons (Approved School and Approved Home) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Approved School and Approved Home) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
2. The Singapore Girls’ Home, 1 Defu Avenue 1, Singapore 359540, an approved school and an approved home, is hereby established for the purposes of the Act.
