1. These Regulations may be cited as the Patents (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
2. The offences under sections 9, 10, 33, 34, 99, 100, 101 and 104 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 103 of the Act.
