Statistics Act
Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 30th June 2006.
2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:
“1. Economics Research Section of the Building and Construction Authority.”;
(b)
by deleting items 3 and 4 and substituting the following items:
“3. Management Information and Research Branch of the Ministry of Education.
4. Planning Division of the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources.”; and
(c)
by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item:
“8. Strategic Planning Division of the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore.”.
