Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Rules 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 108 of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Rules 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2008.
2. Rule 13 of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Rules (R 3) is amended by deleting paragraph (3).
3. Rule 14 of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Rules is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (2); and
(b)
by deleting “, (2)” in paragraph (10).
