Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 28th August 2007.
2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:
“1. Economic Research Department of the Building and Construction Authority.”; and
(b)
by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:
“5. Health Information Operations of the Ministry of Health.”.
