Land Titles (Strata) Act
Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “initial period” in section 3 and by section 130 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st November 1996.

—(1) In the case of any management corporation constituted for any designated land pursuant to an application under section 126 as modified by section 126A of the Act, “initial period” means the period of 90 days commencing on the day on which the management corporation is constituted.
