In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2012.
2. The Minister hereby approves United Medicare (Elizabeth Drive) Pte Ltd for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 5th June 2012.
