Building Control (Underground Building Works Commencement) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “underground building works” in section 2(1) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Underground Building Works Commencement) Order 2008.
2. The Act shall apply to any building works referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of the definition of “underground building works” in section 2(1) of the Act, the carrying out of which starts on or after 1st October 2008.
