Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) (No. 2) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2006, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Payment Systems (Oversight) (Designated Payment Systems) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 9th December 2006.
2. The payment system set out in the first column of the Schedule is hereby designated as a designated payment system for the purposes of the Act.
