Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 11) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 11) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 8th October 2009.
2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
