Responsibility of Minister for Manpower
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of National Development, shall, with effect from 1st August 2012, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2012.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 301/2011) is cancelled.
