In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A(2) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 11th May 2012.
2. The Authority hereby declares NetLink Trust to be a designated business trust for the purposes of Part VA of the Act.
