(Prescribed Amount for Special Account) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18B(3)(b) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Special Account) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
2. For the purposes of section 18B of the Act, the prescribed amount shall be $131,000.
