In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 30) Notification 2012.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)
the “Wonders of Marina Bay Sands” promotion to be held from 3rd August 2012 to 27th September 2012 (both dates inclusive) (referred to in this paragraph as the relevant period); and
(b)
the lotteries to be held, as part of the “Wonders of Marina Bay Sands” promotion, daily during the relevant period within the integrated resort of Marina Bay Sands.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
