Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2. The Infectious Diseases (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.
