1.  This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 5) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2005.

2.  The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as Mukim 01 Lot 03325T pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land.

3.  A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excepted).
