Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 112(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2011.
Prescribed law enforcement agency
2.  The Central Narcotics Bureau, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Civil Defence Force are prescribed as law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
