(Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 20th September 2012.
2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Bharat Dharmadas Kalwani and bearing the engine number 090324B08281508PN and chassis number SALLSAAD3AA213274.
