(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 76, the following item:
