1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Accounts of Public Listed Holding Companies) (Substitution of Period) Order.
2. This Order shall apply in relation to the annual general meetings of holding companies that are public companies listed or quoted on a securities exchange in Singapore —
(a)
held on or after 1st January 2004; and
(b)
at which the consolidated accounts referred to in section 201(3A)(a) for a period beginning on or after 1st January 2003 are laid.
3. The Minister hereby specifies the period of “4 months” in substitution of the period of “5 months” referred to in section 201(3A)(a)(i) of the Act.
