(Amendment) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) and (7) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.
2. Paragraph 6(2) of Part II of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (b), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
