(Approved Institutions) (No. 3)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 3) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2012.
Approved institutions
2.  The Minister hereby approves the following institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st August 2012:
(1)
Econ Medicare Centre (Braddell Road);
(2)
Econ Medicare Centre (Recreation Road);
(3)
Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home; and
(4)
Our Lady of Lourdes Nursing Home Pte Ltd.
