Singapore Armed Forces (Appointment of Bail Officers) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Armed Forces Council by the definition of “Bail Officer” in section 182A of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Director, Manpower, Ministry of Defence, having been delegated such powers by the Armed Forces Council under section 8C of the Act, hereby appoints 2LT Lim Chong Keng Alfred and 2LT Lim Chong Seng Edwin to be Bail Officers, with effect from 15th July 2001.
