Immigration (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.
2. Regulation 32(2) of the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after “27D,”, “27E, 27F, 27G, 27H,”.
3. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after Form 27D, the following Forms:
