Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 11th April 2005.
2. The Third Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 18, the following item:
“18A. Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 (Act 5 of 2005).”.
