Parliamentary Elections Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3) of the Parliamentary Elections Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 17th October 2001.
2. The Third Schedule to the Parliamentary Elections Act is amended by deleting “$2.50” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$3”.
