Medicines (Traditional Medicines,
Homoeopathic Medicines and Other
Substances) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Traditional Medicines, Homoeopathic Medicines and other Substances) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Medicines (Traditional Medicines, Homoeopathic Medicines and other Substances) (Exemption) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (e).
