Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2005.
2. The Schedule to the Poisons Act is amended by deleting the item “Acetyl chloride”.
