(Junkets) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Junkets) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Casino Control (Junkets) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 663/2009) is amended —
(a)
by deleting “$650” in item 1(a) and substituting “$670”; and
(b)
by deleting “$100” in item 3(a) and substituting “$120”.
